0:11: These three options are customer led implementation a tactical integration and strategic
0:17: integration implementation each one of these is escalating and increasing
0:21: in terms of complexity and capability the customer led
0:25: implementation is the most down-and-dirty the most basic we apply
0:30: 10 hours to the project we come in we match your fields very limited time we
0:35: do all the mapping on the set up for you but you need to come to the project
0:39: knowing what you want to come to the project with a number of capabilities
0:42: and there's a lot of things that aren't included in a customer led integration

0:56: implementations its best if you trying to a customer implementation you come to
1:01: the project with several things you need project management experience you need

1:06: And Eloqua specific experience and you see an experience not necessarily all in one
1:10: person but among the team if your team doesn't have all of these capabilities a
1:15: customer led implementation is probably not for you the next level of implementation
1:20: is a tactical integration now a tactical integration is probably the most common
1:25: that we do we have thirty-six hours for it includes needs analysis project

1:35: acceptance testing sales tools set up, launch support, we really take you to the entire process but there is again a
1:43: difference between that can be higher level strategic implementation and that
1:48: is that a tactical implementation really moves information from database
1:52: to database basically
1:55: information is not we're not looking at the bigger picture we're not looking at
1:59: anything involving processes in terms of forms and how data moves through imports and
2:04: how it might affect the sales reps and territory assignment the bigger process
2:09: all tactical implementation really does is look at the data to data base, the Eloqua data base
2:14: to the CRM integration no strategic implementation is much broader it really
2:20: considers the business processes all the way from how forms are
2:25: going to create data into the flow in through the integration into the CRM system
2:29: affecting the CRM system in the other side all the way through through territory
2:33: management different departments maybe even modifying the CRM UI and triggers
2:39: in the CRM system so much broader implementations really looking
2:43: at it from a business process perspective as opposed to a database the
2:47: database perspective so those are the three options
